Learning!

Learning a new skill is one of my favorite things in life. Actually learning something new in general is my favorite thing. That ramp up of having all the basic knowledge you've toiled to learn suddenly click into place and you start improving rapidly? Literally crack to me (I've never done crack if anyone has done crack can you let me know if it's at all similar?). 

As a result, I'm constantly trying to learn new things, skills, etc. Right now I'm trying to get into watercolors and learn Spanish! I've been getting back into drawing as a result of watercolors too. Here are some recent doodles

 It's fun and maddening to learn new things. The more you learn the more there is to learn. I would like to get a scanner to be able to digitize some of the artwork I make in the future. Digital art is something I know very little about and would be fun to learn! 

It's getting warmer. The snow is gone in Animal Crossing but remains piled up in real life. It might hit 40 degrees Fahrenheit this week! My cat's birthday is on Sunday and I'm throwing her a little cat party with her favorite things (a quiet house and salmon treats). I've been listening to Suzanne by RAYE and I'm finally almost done reading Vineland by Thomas Pynchon. Have a nice day!
